Naples Park located in Naples Florida is the neighborhood closest to the Naples beach featuring maximum affordability. Not to say this is where "everybody" can afford to purchase but when you can purchase a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for $120,000 west of Tamiami Trail, that's considered affordable in Naples.


Naples Park has been an entry level location and an investor's dream (or nightmare depending on the market) for awhile because of the price range and location to the beach. There aren't any other Naples neighborhoods so close to the beach that offer this kind of price range. Low today is $120,000 while high is $959,000.

Now seemed like a smart time to tell you about Naples Park because we all know how weird the stock market has been the last several days and if you're like me and trying to keep up with the news, it's about to make you wanna...well you know. Anyway, I too invested in property in Naples Park when I first got to town and while I've seen properties shoot through the roof and go back down, I still think it's an excellent place to park some money.
