Naples area Realtors are reporting busy schedules, happy buyers and happy sellers. The "everybody's looking for a deal" tone has subsided somewhat and some people are just happy to be buying and selling again. One agent reported some of her traffic due to a direct correlation to the recent results of the Massachusetts election. Some buyers are finding their first selection going under contract before they make the decision to write an offer, forcing them to locate another property to purchase. Most price ranges seem to be busier than last year at the same time.
