Even though this neighborhood is technically in over-supply, keep in mind that Pelican Bay villas as a whole is grossly under-supplied right now and I wouldn't be surprised if the inventory wasn't even more scarce mid season even with the expected influx of inventory set to hit the market within the next few months.
