Arielle at Pelican Marsh is a coach home subdivision located in the west central portion of Pelican Marsh. Floor plans start with approximately 1,560 square feet of living area and increase in size to 1,988 square feet. These homes come with either a one or two car garage depending on floor plan. Views consist of either lake, golf (16th and 15th hole) or natural barrier. Arielle floor plans consist of The Tamarind, The Ibis, The Osprey and The Sandpiper. Constructed by Pulte Homes Corp., completion of the first units in Arielle at Pelican Marsh took place in 1996 and the Arielle project was completed in 2001. While some of these units are starting to show their age, several homes within Arielle have already been remodeled making this area perfect for those looking for a project or a place to park a toothbrush and enjoy!
